Subscription & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Please read this before starting a trial. It sets out exactly when you are charged and what is and is not refundable.

The 14-day trial and upgrading

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required when you create an account, and you are not automatically charged when the trial ends.

To subscribe, you must choose to upgrade and complete Stripe's hosted checkout. The recurring subscription is £20 per month (or the local equivalent shown at checkout).

How to cancel

To request cancellation, email sanctuaryapps00@gmail.com from the address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.

No subscription charge is made during the trial. If you do not choose to upgrade and complete checkout, no payment is taken when the trial ends.

No refunds for partial months

Subscription fees are charged in advance for a full month of access. We operate a strict no-refund policy for partial months: once a monthly period has begun, that month's fee is non-refundable in whole or in part, regardless of how many days remain or how much of the app you used.

We do not issue pro-rata refunds on cancellation, on account deletion, or on downgrade. Forgetting to cancel is not grounds for a refund; the trial end date and renewal date are both shown in the app.

Where UK consumer law grants a statutory cancellation right for digital services, you acknowledge that by starting to use the service immediately you request performance during the cancellation period and, to the extent permitted, waive the right to cancel once the service has been supplied.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few working days. Raising a card chargeback without contacting us is a breach of these terms. Where a chargeback is raised against a validly taken charge, we may suspend or permanently close the account, recover the disputed sum and associated bank fees as a debt, and refuse future service.

Price and service changes

We may change the subscription price or the features included. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the laws of England and Wales, DriverProfit, its owners, directors, operators, contractors and associated entities accept absolutely no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss of any kind arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

This exclusion expressly includes, without limitation: tax penalties, interest, surcharges, fines or assessments issued by HMRC, the IRS or any other tax authority anywhere in the world; loss of earnings, profit, business, goodwill, savings or opportunity; losses caused by system downtime, outages, delayed synchronisation, data discrepancies, corrupted or missing records, or software calculation variances; and losses caused by figures you entered incorrectly, incompletely or not at all.

DriverProfit is an algorithmic cash-flow estimation tool. It is not certified financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not replace a qualified accountant or tax adviser in your jurisdiction. Every percentage, preset and projection shown is an estimate only. You remain solely and exclusively responsible for your own filings, payments, records and their accuracy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to DriverProfit in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Administrative Modifications and Account Status Priority

Administrative Modifications and Account Status Priority: The Company reserves an absolute right to manually adjust or extend trial parameters within the administration dashboard. In the event of a structural conflict between a manual administrative extension shown on a user screen and the automated Stripe ledger status, the automated billing token data transmitted by Stripe shall serve as the final, legally binding indicator of account access privileges. An administrative trial extension does not constitute a permanent waiver of required subscription fees.
